HGTV Designers Challenge Loft

A 2-story industrial penthouse in downtown DC desperately needed warmth and functionality. Capital Design designed built-in solutions for the living spaces, enhancing the functionality and capitalizing on the city views. Through the use of rich paint colors, warm fabrics and transitional furnishings, the once cold-and-empty space was transformed into a hip haven for its lucky bachelor owner.
